The Ice Rink at Sports Society Mall captivates sports enthusiasts with its impressive capacity, accommodating over 500 people on the floor and seating more than 5,000 spectators. The Challenge
The Ice Rink operations team was looking for a modern and complete system to manage their venue. They sought a modern and comprehensive system that could handle various tasks, such as ticket sales, access control, online bookings, course management, and customer relationship management. Their objective was clear: to provide the best possible leisure experience for their valued guests. As newcomers to the market, they planned to open their venue in two phases, with the first focusing on ticketing and the second incorporating access control, online booking, and additional features.
The Semnox Solution
