Semnox Delivers Large-Scale Technology Rollout at Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach
SEASIDE HEIGHTS, N.J. — Semnox Solutions has completed one of its largest East Coast projects with Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach, deploying a comprehensive suite of kiosks, readers, and card conversion software across the amusement pier and waterpark.
The installation included nine Klimate Outdoor Kiosks and more than 30 XcessOS readers, now in operation across multiple attractions. Built for outdoor environments, the touchscreen readers can support up to four sales points per device, giving operators more flexibility and streamlining operations at high-volume locations. The technology was also extended to the waterpark, making Casino Pier one of the first venues in the U.S. to integrate Semnox systems across both pier and water attractions.
“The new readers have been bulletproof the whole season,” commented Ken Taylor, Managing Director at Casino Pier. “Its components have been robust and reliable.”
The multi-phase rollout also included an arcade conversion, indoor kiosk installations, handheld KwickFun devices, and Retail sales. Additional midway prize-award functionality is expected for the 2026 season.
