Water Ville Enhances Operations with Semnox’s Smart Technology
GUJARAT, India – Water Ville Waterpark has taken guest convenience to the next level with the successful launch of Semnox’s integrated ticketing and cashless system. The technology upgrade simplifies entry and access control, creating a smooth, hassle-free experience for visitors.
The impressive waterpark spans 23 acres with over 50 water attractions. Water Ville implemented Semnox’s Tixera solutions at the start of 2025 to enhance both efficiency and guest satisfaction. Prior to the implementation of Semnox’s solution, the park faced challenges with their previous system, particularly in the areas of reporting. Semnox’s advanced technology not only solved these reporting issues but also streamlined the entry validation process, ensuring faster access for guests. This, in turn, has led to a more efficient and enjoyable experience for both visitors and staff.
Guests get QR code tickets which are scanned at the turnstile gates for entry control. The QR code tickets make it quite affordable with automated access control. The system also integrates rental management along with the other operations. The wristbands also serve as a cashless payment method, allowing visitors to recharge them at designated stations and use them for purchases across the park.
